I went to see a stylist here after booking online. I was told that my hair couldn’t be dyed the day of my appointment due to previous color and we would have to do a test strand to see how the color would pull from my hair. This wasn’t a problem. The stylist stated I should have been booked as a consultation but I had done it online and booked it as a full service. I still got charged as a full service and paid though I felt they could have changed it to a consultation seeing as all we did was a test strand and there were no pop ups on their site saying to book a consultation first though I booked as a new client. Furthermore when I cancelled after having my follow up appointment pushed back because the stylist had COVID, I was still charger almost half the price of the service being I cancelled the day before and no one told me I couldn’t cancel the day before without being charged. Overall, the lack of confidence in the professional ability by the stylist as well as the lack of protection from inappropriate scheduling should be addressed. If you are going to charge high end prices you better provide high end service

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this was so bad I wanted to save anyone else the pain and frustration I went through. Keely cut my hair, and was the worst and most expensive haircut I’ve ever gotten in my life. I asked for an inverted bob, but she shaved the lower section on the back of my head with clippers instead of cutting it and didn’t bother to blend in the top. Now I have a $75 bowl cut, and I have to go somewhere else to get it fixed first thing tomorrow. It looks awful, and I’m embarrassed to be seen anywhere until I get it fixed. Save your money and don’t go here.

Omg!!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE I went into Rocket Science with Blonde and Black hair came out with beautiful blonde and red. I will most definitely go back in 6 week found my favorite new hair salon in NOLA!!!!
