I do believe so. If they don't grab it on a regular garbage day you might need to call. Sometimes with heavy and/or big items they need a special truck with a crane claw.

I believe u are allowed one allowance a year, a % of the bill, and u have to bring a receipt for fixing the problem, like the pool patch receipt.

You can call and pay just the reconnect over the phone, however there is a waiver that has to be signed. But you need to speak to a representative to be sure everything is done for the sevice to ve reconnected.
