Charged me erroneous fees. I disputed it with my bank. They are now mailing letters from their "Collections Department"... Pathetic. I've been through this before with a different apartment: if you look up my account and publicly disclose my account information, alleged debts, or other information you are violating the FDCPA.

I am sorry, we do not accept the voucher. You would have to qualify. The qualifications are: 18 years of age or older, good credit, good housing reference and earn 3 times the amount in the monthly rent.
