Brittney unfortunately the VA Hospital does not perform cosmetic procedures it being a government facility, there's a liability Factor that's why they will not perform any type of cosmetic procedures.
Cosmetic surgeons are at the Medical University hospital across the street from the VA hospital. Medical University is a teaching hospital that provides doctors to the VA hospital and clinics. I do not think there are any cosmetic surgeons at the VA hospital. You could call and ask. As my boy toy always says, "Google is your friend" if you have access to Google ask it also.
