They have a one day in August I think the 17th where all animals are free! Called Empty the Shelters, Animal Control and the Humane Society will give you a pet at no charge. They have all there shots and will be spayed or neutered.
Some are free and some has a fee u would have to go down there and Look around that goes for the cats also

Well I found one dog that was black and is a America pitbull and he's free but I'm not sure if he was adopted yet But not all dogs are free
