Does anyone know for sure if the humane society will be open this July 1st, 2nd or 3rd? I need to get a cat that I have taken in neutered.

Always call first. No walkins for neutering. Not sure how far out appointments are right now. But they are really helpful and will accommodate you ASAP. Please consider microchip? Registration is free. They offer many low cost services.
