I was outside minding my business. Looking at nature and a cat walked up to me and its not mine the cat is dirty and smells like rusty cars what do I do if I can't have the cat in my house because a friend is allergic? I can't pay 50$ to surrender.

Please lookup the Charlotte Humane Society. All the information you need is on their page. Kitty has probably been sleeping on a car tire or by the engine to stay warm therefore the smell like that. Keep it in a bathroom til you get it situated. Please don't leave it outside if you can help it.

Call the Humane society and all them of they can recommend someone to call. Look online for a cat sanctuary
