I'm not sure, this is not a clinic or normal vet. It is a shelter. If you have medical supply, for a pet you got from there, that needs to be picked up they will give it to you without an appointment. To make sure call them
They don't treat or give medications, except flea, tick, heart worm meds. With those meds your pet still must be seen by them and not too sure if they charge, but if so it wouldn't be much at all. They do offer like one or two different otc flea medications. One I got for cats for fleas and it did not work! I believe it was Effipro or something like that. Other vets offer otc flea meds that do work though.
