Yes, an appointment is needed to adopt. If you need animal traps, I have walked in without an appointment to borrow them. They will gladly loan you traps with a credit or debit card on file. Please return them within 10 (ten) days or it is a $75 charge.
Yeah I tried to do walk in but ended up having to make an appointment & come back a few days later. So def call ahead & make one :)
