I have a 14 year old shih tzu who has a lump in her mouth I can't afford the vet bill does anyone know of someone who can help me with this. I don't want to surrender her she is a great dog. I am on chemotherapy and plasma and that is expensive.

Hopefully she is okay. We do offer vouchers for treatments at a vet but it would be a limited amount. If you still need this, come to the shelter to find out what we can do to help.

Animal Control has a voucher program that is for around 250.00. There are specific vets you have to use. It might not fix the issue but it would give you answers. You do have to go to the shelter i believe

Like denise said, try those as well as your local vet. It starts with trying to get an idea of what it is and then go from there. Hopefully you get a simple solution but either way, its easier to try and get help after you know more about the problem. Good luck.

I would try calling both Aninal Control and the Humane Society.... maybe someone could steer you in the right direction. You could also call around to Vet Clinics and ask for any ideas....there a quite a few Vets around that will try and help out.
