By your question it sounds like you're looking to surrender a pet. ARL has a pet surrender fee. They are currently cat quarantined due to distemper, and no cats can come or go for the next few days. Otherwise try One by One cat rescue and Cat naps of Pottsown, depending on your location. There are other rescues you can Google. I don't think you'll find anyone willing to come take away your cat. There are just too many.
Call them. If they don't they might know someone that does.
