Depends where you live and what you want done. No nonsense neutering and animal rescue league have loaner traps to catch. The cat is then fixed and returned to the trapped location. Other options include finding a cat sanctuary willing to accept it. They typically charge a surrender fee.
Animal control would be your best bet if you want someone to take it. Just don't feed it and it won't hang out any more. It will find someone who will feed him and probably never be back to your porch. Good luck. You can call the animal rescue league to get their advise also.
Well I would either do nothing and it will move on as long as you didnt feed it yet. You can also call the spca in ur area or animal control. I hope this was helpful.
