First and last experience with this practice. I arrived 30 minutes early as a new patient, had all my required forms completed and medical records needed when I walked in the door. I still waited 90 minutes to be seen by Sun Lee Nguyen While in the waiting room I listened to more talk from the front desk staff about what the pharmaceutical rep was going to bring for lunch, and about items being bought on Amazon for an impending baby then I heard about anything related to medicine or the running of the office. Now 5 full days after my full body survey and biopsy my results are still not on their patient portal, nor is an record that one was done To add to the experience, the Nurse Practitioner Sun Lee Nguyen offered to sell me a vitamin supplement out of the trunk of her car for cash. I declined. No after visit summary provided and no care instructions for the biopsy site I called on on day 2 and asked to speak to a practice manager about these experiences, and still 3 days later, not the courtesy of a return call. Avoid this proactive like the plague unless you like bad medical care.

We had a bad experience with the staff at the York Office. The doctor is very good, but not the staff. Staff made both my husband and me very uncomfortable. Pam was very rude to both of us which is sad because we have been going to that office for years. I think some serious re-training could help this person learn to be customer service oriented and not combative and if not, you would be better served with someone new and pleasant toward the patients. I am happy to provide more information specific to the incident if you like.

I had Bandi LaFountain and she is absolutely wonderful. She takes her time with you and answers any questions you have. I never felt like she was rushing me. I wish they were all like her!!
