I called ahead (which good luck, it's all automated and took me 10 mins to get to a person). They told me it was ok to head over. Packed up an entire trailer of household goods to drop off and pulled up and they wouldn't take it. Wasted 2 hours. Gave them the name of the person and when I called and still wouldn't.

After 20 years of great service with two awesome drivers, they have retired and now my trash pickups seem to be constantly put off, once was for an entire week, hopefully this will not be a habit.

Never pick up when scheduled. Skip weeks constantly,but price increases.

They are not reliable any longer. When they skip our pickup by accident they will not come out the next day to get it as they promise. They no longer will issue any credit when they miss a trash pickup day either; even though they failed to complete a service that I've already paid for. I used them for 30 years but the last 5 years have been unreliable.
