The hotel staff is extremely rude and arrogant as well as argumentative. I had to stop a conversation because the front desknclerk actully insulted my ability to be empathic. I had no idea they lied frequently about deposit.

They're not overly friendly.

Had a very similar issue with hotel staff, except I made it clear just how ignorant their behavior really was. Would never stay here again
