Where do I begin.. this was overall really dirty, the shower floor literally looked black, the carpet at the entrance disgusting, a lot of dust in the room. The halls and elevator were hotter than the outdoors and this is Florida in the summer. The rooms were almost completely in the dark and there were holes in the roof??.The ac in the room was super loud, the bathroom vent system sounded like a plane. The breakfast was awful. The only reason I am giving this 2 stars and not 1 is because the FD was very nice and pleasant

This hotel is in great need of cleaning and updates. The room decor is nice and up to date. Fairly clean except the carpets are dirty. Old bed which sags. The breakfast though free, is very low end. Stale hard bagels, runny eggs. Pale undercooked sausage. Sorry I really wanted to like it but very disappointing.

Had an amazing stay for the past weekend at this hotel! Latisha & Jessica at the front desk were very professional, friendly, and accommodating! No hotels in the area had any availability on Saturday night and my family and are so thankful they were able to find me a room. Breakfast was great. Would definitely recommend this hotel and plan to stay in the future!

Fitness center under construction-was not disclosed with my reservation. Arrived to find the elevator out of order Had to use stairs to 3rd floor. Stairwell was filthy. Door to lobby propped open with old coffee cup. Reservation was for 5 guests. Only had two towels and 4 pillows. Asked for more pillows and was told. "We don't have any more pillows" GM was nice, but the rest of the staff seemed indifferent. Definitely not the Marriott standards that I've come to expect.
