Would not recommend. The beds were old. The mattress were old, sunken. The carpet was disgusting. Shoes and socks on at all times. The bathroom paint chipping away and old worn out tubs. The breakfast was not desirable. Unable to eat. Coffee and cereal were the only things you can eat. Would not recommend at all. My favorite place to stay is Hampton Inn, but this particular one needs a complete renovation. They just should offer free coffee.

We have been staying here for the past 4 years . About three times a year for 5-10 nights at a time. We love the location , beds , and pond . However we are not returning . It has gone down hill over the past year. I complained to several front desk quest and got nowhere . In dec the dooe did not lock , the fan in the bathroom never went off and whistled all night the fridge still had soda cans from the last Guest . Stupidally we returned again this April . We arrive , the pond we love has garabage all along the edge ( on hotel side ) . The trash can by the pond is over flowing onto the ground . The can at ftont entry over flowing . I get on the elevator on the wall door of the elevator they post some Covid info and how they care. Lol lol they need better house keeping . The elevator had frosting , or ice cream ,or lotion on the wall that was there the day we checked in and three days later when we checked out . We head to our room and someone spilled something down the wall . The next morning i point it out to housekeeping , still there later that afternoon . I let the front desk know still there the next day. I let housekeeping and the front desk know , the front desk tells me she Is the assistant manager in that her and her new manager just recently took over the hotel because the previous manager was not doing their job and this is the result. She explained to me that she has not been there in the last 3 days it's 3 days because she was off and she also explained to me that housekeeping does not speak any English. I did not realize that you needed to speak English to see a spill down the Wall which starts at eye level you can't miss it it was disgusting.clearly new msnagement does not lea

I recently stayed here while traveling for work. I realized once arriving in Sarasota that I had no room and this staff quickly accommodated my need with no issues. Staff were kind, rooms were very clean, property was very calm and relaxing.

This room was $241.00 a night and it was disgusting. The base boards are falling off. The ceiling in the shower was falling down. The shower was full of caulk. There was garbage in the hallways and elevator for a couple of days. For that kind of money the room and facilities should have been immaculate. I would have moved hotels but I booked through Travelocity and it was non refundable. Do yourself a favor do not stay here. Only good thing was the staff were very nice. Oh and no hot water!
