Thank you. Room was good , duvet had stains. No supplies in room for coffee, tea etc. Good location, bed and pillows were comfortable. Room was able to be nice and dark early morning . Close to many restaurants, stores and the highway. Staff was helpful and friendly. Overall everything was good. Nice weekend trip

The Desk Team are Awesome! Kiki was fun and professional, Ginger and Lindsey was very helpful and informative. The in House Dinning was Great with a very good menu. Andrea will ensure your dinning is pleasurable. The rooms are large and well appointed and the Beds are great too. Definitely a Hotel you will enjoy!

Pros & cons: Pros-Very clean and comfortable 2 nights stayed here. It is nice they have a bar and restaurant open until 10pm if you don't want to leave the property. Convenient to Lakewood Ranch and UTC. In shower toiletries. Comfortable beds. Nice gym. Modern feel. Bathroom lighting surpsingly good. Cons- Bath towels are the size for a small child. They are not bath sheet size. Does not fit an adult. Sheets themselves could use updating. They are visibly worn/wrinkled. Walls are paper thin. You can hear everything. We stayed on second floor.

Please train your employees to be more professional and helpful in assisting check ins. You have some of the rudest front desk clerks. I also requested no room service during my stay and confirmed twice, but when I returned back after a meeting, they still went into my room and just left towels on counter along with the bagged up trash on my counter, and left all the dirty towels I previously used. This will definitely be my last stay with this location. Other hotels in the area are so much more professional and attentive.
