The cleanliness quality was horrifying. As soon as we got to the room we checked the sheets. And many big damp circle like stains were on the sheet. Not only that but the bathroom was so disgusting. Even the ironing board looked like it was chewed up or in a hurricane.

I would not stay here again it was not the best place to stay unless it for a night because all the maids ask you are ready to check out and on the day I was checking out they knocked on my door twice before the check out time at 11am, not mention the stains on the walls and on celling, and the mugginess in the room even when the a/c was on, and they say they have breakfast but it’s just waffles and juice and coffee, not much they only thing good was the pool. And the worker have barely any customers service

Room was way over priced for what you got. Desk clerk was a kiosk with an iPad. Room was old. Stain on ceiling. Microwave stand and towel rack falling apart. Mattress gross. Hot tub not working. Couldn't open gate to pool. Continental breakfast was a joke. The only good thing was the coffee was good.

This stay was absolutely wonderful! Different experiences but I still had fun. I enjoyed the guided self check in people on FaceTime- they were so sweet and honestly the best part. Some things to note for my fellow travelers………… because I wish I would have known this! 1. I asked what the best way to deal with the deposit was and they said cash because then you don’t have to wait for the pending charge… they were right about that because I got it back in cash as soon as I checked out. Good thing I asked too because the hotel on Tamiami wanted a whole $250 for their deposit ! 🙄🤔 2. The rooms were all smoke free and smelled like citrus so it seems they fixed that issue from last time I was here 🤗 3. The kiosk check in is so weird but honestly one of the best check in experiences I’ve had. Parker was very nice and I had a great time talking to him! 4. Even if you don’t see them at the front desk, there is actually someone always there… I needed towels at like 3 in the morning when I was getting ready to leave and the man at the front came to my room with a smile like it was no problem at all! Thanks to him! 5. Room service is free unlike in Cali! But it’s upon request only… I was only there for 2 days but that was a nice thing to know if I needed it. 6. It’s a breakfast in a bag that I was very surprised with since some hotels aren’t even doing that still……… and for the little sandwich, the front desk lady said to put maple syrup on it and it was so good! Thanks to Dani for that tip! I’ll be doing that forever now!!! I hope all of these tips help your travels for this hotel!! I will definitely be back!
