Loved it. We did the tour and the painted mural. Well worth the money!!! Our guide was great she answered a lot of questions we had and was helpful to us. The mural is amazing. Definitely worth the price. Price was very reasonable!

Yes because they do tours throughout the day and might not be available if you just show up.
The diorama tour is usually as people show up for it. I took it once with a few friends on the off season and the fellow just took us in. Takes about 45 minutes, very interesting. Might be they have a schedule during the busy season though.
