It is a place to which I usually go once a month and I can say that they have given me very comfortable rooms, very friendly reception staff,,, And in the same way I have had an employee who does not speak Spanish who does not tell you what floor your room is on and sends you to a room that does not have a coffee maker, ironing board or cups for your coffee

Terrible! I never stayed any hotel like it. First, the permit of its elevator is expired. I arrived on 9/4/2022. The permit on the elevator is damaged. Moreover, it was expired on 8/31/2021. They do not maintain their elevator more than one year! It is dangerous! (Although they provided the proof to me via email, they still do not follow the law, CCR Title 8 §3001 (c),"The permit, or a copy thereof, to operate a passenger elevator, freight elevator or incline elevator shall be posted conspicuously and securely in the elevator car. ") Second, there was a BR ice cream in the refrigerate. The previous traveler left it. So, they did not clean the room well. I also do not know how long it was here. Terrible! FYI.. you need to take AC controller from the front desk to control the AC in the room. I never saw any hotel like it. Just remind that they may charge $60 if you lost it. The only good thing is that the room is big.

Rooms spacious and clean. Verandas, elevator and outside not well kept... dirty... No room service .

Positive: I guess the Air-Conditioner.. Negative: The shower pressure really sucked, had a bunch of any in the restroom and the outlet behind the TV in the bedroom was taped up and was sparking. So because of this, I had to request another room. The carpet in the new room wasn't too clean either.
