Our family has been coming here for over 10 years we make this our yearly vacation we come as a large group every year but this year the staff was EXTREMELY RUDE the lady at night who does security was very rude the day we checked out we asked for a late check out and the receptionist was very rude over the phone We decided this year to get our own time share and now I’m regretting it with how rude the staff was. Everyone used to be so nice idk what happened.

Check in was easy with Rachel. Our room wasn't ready yet but they texted and called as soon as it was, within the hour. Any issues or questions we had all we had to do was text the number and they would respond within 5 min. Was a great family trip, we were there for 5 days, the villas were clean and they called after the 2nd day to see if anything was broken or not to our liking or if they could provide us with anything extra. The pool staff at the bar were always good to talk to. The grounds personnel worked hard at keeping the areas very clean and everything looked fresh. The adult pool was down but the pool next to it was opened, the kids loved the splash pad and the slides. Our youngest couldn't go because she wasn't tall enough, but she understood and made friends with other littles to keep her happy. There were always activities for family and kids at the pool, the free drinks for the happy hour social were a great plus!! The main restaurant was closed, but there are many places to eat within a mile or so. If you would like a good dine out stop in at Cork Tree, very good food and service. Overall this was a great place to stay, we will definitely be coming back here again in the future!!

Horrible place to be! The only reason we booked this hotel was for kids to use the slide and have fun. They decided to change the height for slide to 48” unlike other hotels in this area. Additionally there is a service fee for housekeeping. They delivered us dirty room with dirty balcony. All our kids feet turned black walking in the room☹️ I don’t recommend this hotel. This location only has pool restaurant. There is not food availability after 6pm. Lots of inconvenience !!!!!!

the pool is seperated by odd and even room numbers to go on an am and pm schedule but there is an open session from 7 to 9pm. the weekend is when its really implemented. no daily service for rooms unless requested. you are required to wear a mask everywhere even at the pool but it wasnt implemented anywhere. The fitness center only allows 5 at a time or 1 family and mask can be removed. If you want to use the basketball court, mini golf or any recreation areas you will need your own equipment due to covid they do not rent at this time. they provide hand sanitizer, and wipes throughout the facilities. Its spacious so 6ft distancing was not an issue for us.
Masks required on property. Local restaurants open for takeout, many have outdoor dining areas too. Zoo open but reservation required.

Only service dogs. We have three small poodles and we wish we could bring them.
Find a friend that owns a timeshare with Marriott or check the internet for rentals for the best prices. Warning, golfing in June is rough because the heat in the summer is brutal.
