Really bad place! Let's start with the smell.. They love to turn off the AC in the rooms so mold will be waiting for you in your room. Bed sheets had blood spots and didn't smell clean. Same thing with towels. They were stained. Everything looks really old and cheap. The breakfast is a joke! The lady at the front desk says it's a continental breakfast hahaha! I don't even think she believes that! The only thing you'll find is cereal, frozen waffles and oatmeal bags. Nothing else! And the price! For all of this crab this hotel shouldn't be more than 50$ a night! I had to change hotels because we woke up with respiratory issues! Please do yourself a favor, pay 20 more and stay at the baymont hotel few blocks south. It's totally worth it.

It is exactly what you should expect for low rates in the area. The location was good to get to beaches and shopping. Staff was friendly. Grocery store across the street and coffee less than a mile away. Plan on eating breakfast elsewhere, unless you like cereal or frozen waffles. Could improve towels and bed quality.

Great place to stay in Sarasota. Centrally located, clean and safe environment for kids, with pool included. Breakfast not ideal for Latin people who likes cuban coffee though but there's Starbucks few minutes away. Also, Taco Bell lover's, there's one next to the building.

Stayed 2/1/22 for 5 days. Staff was pleasant at check in. Stayed in the furthest end of the non-smoking wing but as soon as you entered all you could smell was smoke. They had left all the doors open prior to check in, I assume to let things air out, but it was still very smelly. The patio clearly does not get cleaned or sanitized regularly as the railing was very dirty. Pool is not heated. Breakfast was choice of cold cereal (with milk poured from a communal gallon) or toaster waffles from the store separated into baggies of 2. Carpet did not feel clean and definitely absorbed the smoke smell. Bed was decent, although the covers were essentially two sheets instead of a blanket. The area felt very safe and conveniently located next door to a Publix. Walkable to downtown Sarasota. I feel you get a little less than you pay for at this hotel. Would not stay again.
