Very cozy room and amenities. Courteous staff and valet. Cute water art theme throughout the hotel makes for a bit of eye-catching and soothing decor. Love the Octopus art as marine choice at this hotel. (Pic incl!) Dining choice was breakfast and was nice combo of buffet style hot and cold choices. Plenty of coffee and juices. And even chef made to order omelets, choices for both for adults and kids. Evening snack at the dining room bar and lovely drink!! Exercise room was spacious. Elevators(3) at this property and are super fast. Close to walk to downtown shops and local restaurants as well. (Photos incl) Took advantage of the walks to explore and found things easily even though there is some construction going on at this time in the downtown area. Easy pedestrian walks with lots of crossover's (safety)! Love this location will be back!!!

I was satisfied with the service! The lobby smelled wonderful. Everything was very clean. There is an aerosol device that sprays a great scent into the air in the hotel. Would love to know the name of that fragrance. It's the best scent I've ever smelled. I will always come back here.

My mom and I had an AMAZING stay! It was super clean. Very nicely decorated. Beautiful rooms (and ours wasn’t even one of the nicest ones they had to offer). Amenities were great. And the staff was the best part! The valet for that evening was extremely helpful. Regine at the front desk was amazing and made us feel so unbelievably welcomed. Bar tenders were awesome! And Mark. B was incredibly kind and attentive as our breakfast server. All of these individuals made our stay even better than expected! Just shows they have a great team to go with their gorgeous hotel! Definitely recommend it!

Excellent customer service throughout. Beautiful views from the bar/restaurant and pool area. Lovely beds, super comfortable. Shout out to the young lady, Alejandra, who works in the restaurant area. So very personable and attentive. Should be at the Front Desk, rather than waiting tables. Just my opinion. She really was a super representative of Hilton standards. Great stay, and excellent food !!

Yes! It was open even during thunderstorms during our recent stay. Obviously don't swim if there's lightning but otherwise have fun.
We were there for Memorial day weekend and the hotel was completed. There was a lot of construction across the street on other properties but we were not impacted by it.

Actually, reservations are currently be accepted for Dec. 12 (according to the Hilton Diamond Desk). I asked on Instagram, too, and they said they would open Dec. 5. No one answers when we call. 100% frustrating. I wouldn't book at all -- if you do, wait until the doors actually open.

I asked this question last week too. I was told the hotel was scheduled to open Dec. 5. But also, there have been MANY people upset with how this management is handling delays. We currently have reservations for Dec. 19th and have yet to be informed of any cancellations. In fact, we've been reassured that the hotel will be open by then. We're Hilton Diamond members and have NEVER ever experienced such mismanaged issues .
