8 tower is where the resident doctors sleep. 5 and 6 east are where they keep the psychiatric patients, but its secure.

Is it possible l was issued fake payment receipts in this hospital because they can no longer trace my records and payments made in early 2015. It’s really frustrating and a very total embarrassment how an institution like this can not keep records!
