It's not possible to use park's attractions as promised. Apparently, they are letting 4x more people in than the park's capacity can handle. In order to try one, a 2h waiting line is a must (50 min of waiting on average). Because of that a refund should be an option.
First off yes I'm sure disney will accommodate you. Just contact or go to guest service. Second, unless there is an emergency or the like why would a regund be needed? It's an amazing park to go to!
