No on the coolers yes on the water jugs make sure they are metal or plastic bottles though.(Hope that helps)
Yes you can carry small coolers, like as small as a backpack into the park and water bottles. Also quick service stations offer free ice water. All you have to do is ask for it. I used to work for WDW and coolers are permitted, only small ones, plus I see people with them all the time.
