The people saying 14th street are incorrect. The southern end is Gansevoort Street (820 Washington Street to be exact). The northern end is 34th Street & 11th/12th Avenue. The northern end from 34th Street to 30th Street & 11th Avenue closes every day at Sunset though.
What is the physical address on the south end? What's the physical address at the end on 14th Street?
