I found a cat I brought him into my home he is eating and drinking but has horrible diarrhea and vomiting I cannot afford to take him to a vet are you able to help me

The humane society will unfortunately take the cat and probably put it to sleep. They do not have free vet services.

I live in a condominium and my neighbor left for Florida on July 1st and left her puppy alone in condo till July 15. Random people coming every 12 hrs for 10 minutes to feed/poop/pee. I feel this is so bad for this puppy. Is this ok?
