Mainly I am upset because I have yet to receive my paycheck for the work that I did. Now I have to contact the labor department to help me because the three supervisors I emailed have not replied to me. This is so unprofessional and a warning to others seeking employment here.

I genuinely tried to work here because of the lack of WAH jobs and I thought I was doing something wrong so was rehired, and it was the worst experience. I was pushed away from the day I came back and in a way that is illegal, I was fired over the phone in the middle of a shift and then AGAIN but the same person that fired me the first time after I was told by HR I wouldn't have to worry about these problems, HR quit- that's how long people stay.

You will not receive your bonuses or PTO time. There is no way to contact HR or the main office every number leads you to a voicemail. Voicemails will not be returned, if you find a voicemail box that is not full. There is no contact with HR other than through a supervisor. That contact goes through email and even the supervisors are not answered most of the time. They recently changed payroll companies and now people aren't even getting paid others are driving two to three hours to a site to get their paychecks when they work from home. Again cannot contact HR about this because we are not allowed any direct contact with HR
