When I was at the store for network connection issues, I was told the only thing they can do at the store is replace SIM cards. When that did not solve ny issue, I asked how can I can get resolved and was told by the salesman that they are limited in what they can do at the store level and that the online chat options would be my best bet, which it was.
They have been always helpful for my phone issues approx 4 x's now, in approx 5 months, so far.
They help ro a point but if you need to replace a phone through insurance they pass you off to claims online.
