If I could leave ZERO stars, that's what I would rate this place. It is the most unprofessional place that I have ever dealt with. I could not get a hold of anyone to do my final walk through/turn in keys, cannot pay the prorated balance for the final month as they have denied my access to the online portal. No one ever calls you back, no one emails you back. This place is a JOKE! For anyone thinking about moving here....don't! They have NO office hours, everything is by appointment only and conveniently they never respond to anyone. The kids that live there are extremely disrespectful with minimum supervision from their parents. Hardly anyone picks up after their dogs. Here is a little information about the monthly fees that are additional to the rent, $25 per parking spot, $50 per pet, $109 for internet and cable bc you are not allowed to just have internet. If you pay a deposit and then YOU decide not to rent there, you do not get any money that you sent them. Ask any resident and I bet that they will tell you that this place is so shady! This last year living here was the worst year of my life and I feel like I have lost a year of my life. After moving out of this hell hole, I realized that this place put me into a depression, once I left my whole attitude changed. Worst mistake I ever made living here at the Parc Hill Apartments in Orange City!

Parc hill apartments are beautiful. My parents just moved in and they love it. The office staff very helpful Miss Asya Hardy is very helpful and understanding. Thank you Parc Hill for helping my parents.
