The rent is a little high but that's Florida. The office and maintenance staff are fantastic, the property is kept clean and for us old people, it's pretty quiet. No complaints.

Your man Rick Fields is such an ambassador for the GVOS 'brand'. The shower was putting out less and less water pressure, so I put in a ticket and Rick fixed it. works great now with a strong and wide pattern that vastly improves the quality of the shower experience But the other things... 🙂 there were a few things in the apt that - over time - have become .....not hindrances, but more like eyesores, ok, maybe a hindrance :). I don't want to be seen as a complainer, so I let them be. But not Rick! He noticed that the lockset had become rusted and difficult to turn. When i came home, the set was rust-free and easy to operate. The shower faucet had become loose and i was always resetting it back to the center position. Rick tightened it up and it is no problem at all now. Same for the sink faucet. The lever had gotten wobbly over time & flopped around, but Rick tightened it up and now it works perfect. And he re-adhered that small plastic lip at the bottom edge of the tub. There is something else he did that I am forgetting. And all I asked for was the shower head :) little bitty stuff, probably took him two seconds, but they make such improvements in quality of life. He didn't have to - but he noticed them and fixed them without even being asked. I appreciate that the members of the GVOS 'family' take that kind of initiative If the other people who work here all give this level of effort, I can see why working at Grandeville is such a joy. It makes me confident about our apartment community to know that we have people like this supporting us. Count me grateful
