Michaelson Real Estate Group cannot hold me responsible for any damage and/or wear and tear. You are not able to prove the apartment's condition at the time of move-in. The move-in condition is not on record. Whispering Oaks was owned by KRI Properties when I signed my lease on 06/19/2020. Therefore, you have no right to impose a claim against my security deposit of $400.00. Guess what? Ninety-five dollars were deducted from my security deposit for damage. I know one thing: if you do it once, you'll do it again. Beware!

I normally don't bother writing reviews unless an experience is really botched. I'm making time to weigh in on the professionalism displayed by the Property Manager, Sandra, when I called inquiring about apartment features and availability. While there were no apartments available when I called (which seems to be par these days :-( ), Sandra wasn't brusque nor dismissive like some of the other Leasing Agents & Managers with whom I've spoken over the past few months. Instead, she patiently answered all my questions and committed to contacting me when new opportunities become available. Looking for a place these days has become a frustrating part-time job! Kudos to Sandra for providing a refreshing exchange that rendered me confident that, if I am able to live here, my needs will be met effectively and with a smile. Thanks Whispering Oaks for having such rare talent on your team!

I have been living in this apartment complex for over 3 years now. During this time there has been a change in office management and property management since day one. There was even a time when tenants were not even sure who to pay rent to. Within the past year KRI properties has taken over and have really turned things around. They have done a lot of updating to the complex and have finally gotten reliable maintenance to catch up on all the issues the tenants have had since before they took over. The leasing manager Sandra Walton has gone above and beyond for me and I’m sure she has for everyone else as well. Even through frustrating times she has assured me that she will handle whatever issue I may have and make sure I am happy with the results. Our current maintenance man Hiad has also been great with following through on work orders as soon as they go in and following up with me personally to make sure everything is going well with my apartment needs. I am very happy to be a part of this community.
