SAVE THE MONEY AND THE BAD TIMES. On June 7th my wife and I decided to apply for a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment, after speaking with Cheryl who was very nice to serve us. She told us that they were remodeling (at that time) two apartments which were upgraded and that they would pay $1,300 for water included, but that at that time they did not have any apartments available as a model. The next day, after making the application and paying for it ($125 which was non-refundable), June 8, we received an email in which we were approved for one of those two units. The initial delivery date was July 15. During that waiting time, we were called twice, the first to pay the administration fee which was $150 and the second to pay the $350 pet fee for two cats. On July 8th I decide to stop by the office since I had not received any calls, no messages with the details and time for the delivery of the apartment and I find the news that the apartment magically appeared cancelled. They solve the problem by changing the unit, for one that was still upgraded and the price was still the same, but with the next surprise that although the apartment did not appear cancelled, the delivery date could not be the initial one, since the apartments do not they were ready. So I changed the date to August 8, with another upgraded unit. Days before, I notice that they change the unit again. August 8 arrives and I come across an apartment that had NOTHING upgraded and they kept demanding $1,300 for an apartment that looked like it was from the 80s and that the only thing new was the carpet. I decide not to take this apartment and I am told that the upgraded ones were not ready, but that now they paid much more for those apartments. I cancel the apartment and I am told that in 7-10 days I would be receiving ONLY the pet fee (since I was the one canceling, they would not return the administrative fee). It's been 16 days, I still haven't received the $350 and when I call they tell me it could take up to a month. Which seems ridiculous to me, since to get the money they are quite fast, to call and collect also, but they do not call to notify you when they are going to change the delivery date of the apartment or when they are going to change the unit. I am aware of people who live here and have excellent treatment, we even have someone from the family living here and that is why we applied for the apartment since we had seen hers. I'm sorry to say that was not my situation and I do not recommend this place.

My air-conditioning unit went out on Sunday. I called the emergency line and they showed up in about 15 minutes and put a new unit in my apartment in less than an hour. Now that is customer service at its BEST!
