Filled out the form online for a transfer retightening and it says to allow UP TO 48 hours for a response. Never heard anything. Called and left a voicemail Tuesday and still nothing. Today is Thursday and I still haven't heard anything. If you can't respond according to your own policy, I can't trust your hands in my hair. I'll find someone else. Edit: While my hair has not been INTERLOCKED since March 2022, it has been maintained. This would've been appreciated in a formal response, not to a review I had to leave, that was also responded to promptly instead of the form itself.
