I have been a AT&T customer for over 35yrs. I had the worse experience with the Orange city AT&T store since cell phones. One review I read said once they make the sale they treat you like garbage. I couldn’t agree more. Trinity my rep seemed very helpful during the sale, however upon receipt of my phone, it was not what I ordered. It was clear I was ordering the pro max, not only did she look at my phone I currently had but upon her request i checked my settings to verify and we also discussed the case I already had would fit the new phone. I called the store to see what they can do. I did not know At first I was speaking to Trinity, who was so rude, took no responsibility and tried to gaslight me by turning it around on me. Then She insisted that to exchange phone I would have to pay restock fee because I opened the box, which most people would do upon receipt of a package they receive. Or she said to call customer to get return label but I will probably have to wait weeks possibly months due to back order. The point is, Why should I pay for her mistake, policy or not. No apology for inconvenience just plain rude. I called customer service and spent over an hour on phone to get shipping label to send phone back and reissue the correct phone so I have to wait a few weeks which is why i went in store on release day to order phone in first place and to get the promotion price, To also learn that she did not apply the promotion on my bill after giving me such detail of the supposed deal I was getting. What incompetence and rude for people who are suppose to be providing customer satisfaction. What a bad name they bring to AT&T.

When I was at the store for network connection issues, I was told the only thing they can do at the store is replace SIM cards. When that did not solve ny issue, I asked how can I can get resolved and was told by the salesman that they are limited in what they can do at the store level and that the online chat options would be my best bet, which it was.
Yes, we always carry the newest phones from Samsung. Stop by our Orange City location and see them in person.
