Leave the car at the hotel or wherever you're staying, and either walk, bike or subway to the park.
My best guess would be to park in a paid lot or try to park on the upper west or east side in street parking. I doubt you can get anything directly south of the park.
Don't drive take public transportation you will be looking for hours for parking.
Not on the corner of west 66th st SW SIDE LOADING AND UNLOADING BUT THE SIGNS ARE TURNED SO YOU CAN'T SEE THEM CLEARLY OBSTRUCTED BY Scaffolding. It's all residential area, so you hve to play the circling game until a spot opens up...That's what we did, even stood in a spot & held it until I circled again.
Find the nearest street parking to the park and walk it you should find street parking within a five blocks or closest to the park 😀.
West 82nd of CPW
Depends on which side you're on lol for example central park west you can try areas like Columbus Ave ... Or 5th Ave has a parking lot area near Mount Sinai clinics and hospital. Hope you get to enjoy 😉
Depending on your level of patience, day of week and time of day. Either immedialy find a garage Park Ave or closer. Personally I go to 5th Ave and loop the park tons of meters and people coming and going. Also, if only 2 hours have a targeted area. Bramble, Belvedere Castle, Alic in wonderland, Strawberry Field. 2 hours is long enough for 1 but there is a million things to see. Enjoy it's best playground in the world
Metropolitan museum of Art parking garage at 80 Street and 5th avenue NY NY 10028
Take public transportation
You'll find a spot on 8th Ave & 79th or 80th street easily.
It's possible to find a spot on the street, especially in the weekend. But be prepared to walk a few blocks. I've had luck finding parking on 6th or 7th Ave up in the 80's.
What Mariam G said👆
Far from Manhattan due to the prices of parking spaces
Street parking or pay at garage
No idea since we took the trai, and wandered
Pretty much anywhere on the street. Please pay attention to the parking meters. Also your going to need more than 2-3 hours to see Central Park.
Look for parking close to a subway then take subway to central park station.
parking is very difficult, or very expensive. underground valet probably the best bet. 1-2 hrs may only cover half the park unless you are cycling or doing a guided buggy tour.
Probably best to park on a side street and walk over to the park or use a parking garage.
Parking is definitely not easy. Have to use a lot
Try to find a lot using the spot hero app better rates at the same lots. And you can reserve in advance.
We drove around in circles and finally found a spot at a meter on the side of the road. There are parking garages but they're always full. You'll find a spot at the side of the road, just be aggressive ha!
Madison Avenue on the weekdays or 5th Avenue on the weekends
