Normal vehicular traffic is no longer allowed around the park. Only emergency and park vehicles are allowed. Biking and pedestrians are normal modes of transportation when the park is open. Watch out for the powered scooters though.
The park is closed off to private vehicles only emergency, park personnel and some authorized vehicles are allowed at all times.
No traffic in park anymore just crosstown roads ...

Great question Fox Sake. I believe the time is the same for both modes of transportation.
There's a couple of roads that cross the park which are closed on weekends but they're open every other day. You can walk the park any day but riding bikes is not allowed - no riding any wheeled device.
