All of New York City including Central Park, highly recommends fully vaccinated visitors. In the park itself, there are no checks or restrictions unless there is a live event. Masking is recommended throughout NYC as well. Proof of vaccination is not required to enter the park but vaccination proof is required in all museums, theaters, restaurants. Central Park is one of the most beautiful outdoor locations and parks in the world. Lovely parks department staff work here & work very hard. Great to walk through, stop and enjoy anytime. Park is so accessible throughout upper through Central Manhattan. Must visit when coming to NYC.
