It's an open air park so you do not need a vaccine card. Only certain places within the park that are admission based enclosed areas (such as the zoo) require proof of vaccination. Be sure to practice social distancing and have a face mask for the areas that social distancing is kind of limited, such as Bethesda Terrace when busy
