I reccomend renting bikes in the park for maximum exposure
I hiked the whole park yesterday. If you're a hiker, the terrain is easy but you will cover a bit of distance.
Hi well you can but depending on your fitness And if you take the horse ride , its toooo big but the weather is worth it
No
If you can walk 800 acre park plus getting turned around.
Yes you can. But you will have to walk a lot. Like someone said I would recommend bikes.
Yes but if you stop probably not
No ,I lived in New York city, and I have walked from 59 to 110 street East side, still had more to cover.. so no you can't not cover the park in one day you got East and west side, and the center ,south and north ,🥴🙄🙄
It depends you could probably do it without stopping. I would plan two days so you could stop along the way
I would say no, it’s very hilly and you can get easily tired by foot. Plus there are many many trails that intertwine. You can definitely see the most well known parts and landmarks in a day.
No, but you can see a lot of it and there is so much to enjoy.
Sure, if your a good walker!
I would suggest a bike instead but it can be done!
A lot of walking but, yes
It would be a challenge. I agree that renting bicycles is a good idea. I would map out a plan first. You can Google a map of the park and go from there.
Most people miss the upper end of the park near Harlem that has so much to see and experience
Yes you could but it'll require a lot of walking. Make sure to bring a lot of water to stay hydrated.
Too much ground/ area to cover. Could you see a good portion and experience MOST of what the park has to offer in a day, yes if you're on decent shape and/or have a bike.
I saying if you take the 24 hours of one day maybe
If you hire a bike, sure, but on foot you'd need 2 days to see everything properly. It's worth it though
Rent a bike. Though it's more joyful to walk. So much to see. If you truly want to savor the park, walk. And if so, no, not in one day. But you can pick the top spots you may want to see instead, spots such as the Angel Fountain, the Boathouse, the carousel, the Castle, the Zoo, the Alice in Wonderland statue, the, the reservoir.... And so on. Whichever you pick, you'll have unforgettable moments.
No if you really want to enjoy every part of it.
Could you cover all the grounds... Technically yes. But would you miss a lot of the things that make Central Park worth visiting absolutely yes. This isn't really a rush through it type of place to visit. Take your time enjoy the sights, but if you don't have time pick a few things.
No to much ground to cover
You can walk it. Luckily, i try to one section a visit. It's cooler in the park so you won't get as overheated and fatigued. Bring water. But there are stands selling water all over the park.
If you just walk, for example on the roadway which goes around the park about 7 miles, yes you can. But if you want to really see the hidden delights, absolutely not. For example thr rambles, or sailboat lake, Belvedire castle and many more with names or not.
Depends on how fit the two people are.
No Way Jose. Also, it depends what is your interest for example Boat house fine restaurant and martinis it takes time and reservations. Also Mets is amazing place amazing museum and greate cozy food and drink place. But, if you like walking or biking you might be able to see quite a bit.
YES-YES--YES!!!
Yes, yiu may cover all grounds just like someone mention with a bike will be a great idea.
I don't know since I was told it covers more than 20 blocks
Definitely not.
If you are walking the whole park i don't think you can cover the entire park in one day, but if you are biking that is possible
No. You can't cover walking. It'll take 2 to 3 days. In single day if you want to see, take human cart.
Somebody said you could do it in 4 hours
Rent bikes
You will need to go 10-15 km
I recommend doing so with an electric scooter. I did that with my friend and we went around the whole park. My favorite scooter route
Maybe rent a bike or walking early in the morning before it gets crowded.
You can to say you did.... better to split it up, and see it to see it.
No If you really want to enjoy all the park has to offer.
It's 843 acres. If you follow the path you can cover the main areas in a day. Get a bike or horse and cart half way through to break it up
I really don't think so
I would recommend an electric bike (or a regular one if you prefer) The guided tour on a horse driven carriage or an electric bike driven carriage is a great option too
Yes you can however. It is possible to get lost.
Rent a scooter or bike and do ya thang.. Enjoy the Big 🍎
The park is very big. I advice you to rent a bike or scooter or you can take a pedicab tour..probably Deluxe tour for 02H30 inorder to cover the whole park
Its really difficult to cover in one day. If you rent a city bike then you may cover only bit portion in respect to the whole area. Mainly people goes to visit the bridge and fountain and the main lake. Don't wonder as there have many fountains.
Dont no it's like a 800hundred acres.
Yes and no. If you wanna just say that you did it then yes but if you want to experience the park and enjoy it then no.
Not sure ...it's possible ...I believe
Totally. But really you'll be rushing through. Take your time and enjoy the place is fantastic
Yes you can I have done it many times
Yes you can as long as your in no rush it's fine a bike you will miss the little thing inside of central park.
I would like to try too do it along the horse; trails.... Horses included of course!
If you're in good shape yes. If you're in bad shape yes but you're going to be hurting afterwards. Either way if you plan on doing it bring a little something to eat with you and don't don't forget to hydrate.
I would ride a bike, you can easily get lost walking..
Well it's really hard. But even if you do cover it in one day it won't be worth it. This park requires time. The more time you give to this place the better
Yes rent take horse ride
Yes but it's a lot of walking. Not impossible but there is a lot of acreage.
Its possible but i would take two days and enjoy all you can at your own pace
Yes, but I would use a map, some of the locations are difficult to find.
Best to get a bike if one wishes to cover the park in one day. It will take more than a day if done on foot.
Yea definitely can
Yes.
Yes me and a friend did a quick walk through and even stopped and ate a bagel in half a day. Although very tired afterwords.
Yes. Comfortably maybe not
Yes, you'll definitely be tired afterwards. Most people walk around the southern end and middle but the north end is also beautiful.
I think it's possible if you don't stop at every attraction!
Yes you can
