Something similar happened to me. I know how it is there and I know you dread this but....you may have to go out there. Trying to do it over the phone or the acclaimed hra app will just slow the process.. I hope they get your situation straight because they STILL have my stuff messed up...we just had a baby and they closed my case....good ol hra lol
