There is an APP called Access HRA which I have for my Droid so I imagine it must be on IOS as well. Just log in using your log in info from the website (Email address/password). From the menu choose "Upload" then the "+" sign, hit Accept then choose your case (Food Stamps or Cash Assistance or whatever) then scroll through the list until you find the best description of the document you want to upload. For instance, "Social Security Number" if you want to scan your SS card, then hit "Next" take a picture of the document and follow the instructions to upload. You can do this as many times as you need to for the various documents.

You can't get a number to a case worker unless you are already a client, once you are interviewed that person becomes your worker and you will be given there name and phone number!

Yes, you have to go to the center that you are assigned to. If you go anywhere else, you will be wasting your time because they will send you to the one you are supposed to be in.
