My baby daddy went to get help they have not gave him his foodstamps 2 months everytime he goes in for help they say they gonna work on it n he will get his stamps next day n still nothing on his card going on 3 months smh horrible place just horrible

Terribly rude staff, waited an hour in the wrong area bc i was given the wrong ticket letters, then after i finally figured out how to get the ticket i needed i waoted another 3 hrs which i wouldn't have been too upset about but once i did make it up to a customer service window the "man" was so beyond rude like before i could finish a sentence hed already be responding about how they do something irrelevant to the real question i hadnt finished asking yet, on every tipic i had questions about, seemed like he wanted me to leave without having to do any work or even without letting me see a worker behind the windows. Plusss he started asking questions about where i was from and basically was trying to belittle me for not being FROM the Bronx anddd being white and out of place and i felt extremely discriminated against.

This center is Ridiculous insane and horrible they oh very unprofessional disrespectful and nasty I don’t know how they still open plus they not doing anything to help I didn’t even receive my furniture allowance and say they never received package from the shelter don’t understand how if they paid for me to get the apartment Child Support is giving them money and I’m not receiving not even a penny and they saying they didn’t receive anything lol this place Don’t wanna do anything and they don’t receive anything in order for them to do the job

If you are talking about the EBT card you have to go pick it up in Brooklyn unless it is being mailed to you which can take up to 2 weeks.
No, all government businesses and schools are closed for the Holiday. It will be open tomorrow.
If things are pending and others are not it means you won't receive them. You might have to walk in to get answers. The way your benefits are being distributed has to be broken down to you. Make sure you have time as you will probably sit and wait that day, before speaking to someone.
Something similar happened to me. I know how it is there and I know you dread this but....you may have to go out there. Trying to do it over the phone or the acclaimed hra app will just slow the process.. I hope they get your situation straight because they STILL have my stuff messed up...we just had a baby and they closed my case....good ol hra lol
