Even tho some staff members were a bit rude most of them welcomed me very well they even gave me a workforce card quickly. It didn't help me get a job but a lady there helped me very well with resume help overall tho I liked the experience going to this place I didn't like tho that both times I went they send me to fordham for an interviews that didnt really help me at all get a job and was a waste of time. The fordham workforce place is just horrible but the hunts points place is not that bad.

This place is so unprofessional they posted a job at 945.... Its now 12 o clock and this lady still have not seen me ... They hangout and talk to each other like they're not getting paid to do a service.. P.s this is my first and last time coming here

Terrible customer service. The City is wasting money on these centers. When you have deplorable employees like "Angelica" (front desk) working here how can anyone possibly get a fair shake at getting a job? Can this place and use the money elsewhere.

I think you get what you display. Haven’t been here in a min but when I came in looking for a job and I left with one. They give the resources use them.
