BEWARE: If you receive R.Walker as your case manager. Very unprofessional. Wont allow you to ask questions. She will hang up on you and falsify documents so you wont receive emergency funds. Please record your interactions. Very vindictive person. Screenshot your call record when speaking with her.

Probably you need to talk to your worker and bring an updated lease where your landlord's name is spelled right. Worker will do the necessary changes in the system and replace checks landlord hasn't been able to cash.
