Yes there is,a small laundry room. I used it once while there.

I have no idea, sorry bc we were only there 3 nights so we didn't need to wash laundry. One thing I will say is that some units are across the street from main office, some are near office on same side of street, parking very very limited. One night we didn't have a parking space. I prefer assigned parking spots.
