They were nasty dirty room's rented two rooms. There wasn't even hot water to take a shower. The toilet would not even flush. Checked out with in two hours of being in room. They were going to refund my money on card but never did. Kept going back to find out what was going on. Two weeks later when I get home it was put back on card. Then two days after being home in Ohio they ran my card manually charging me $1753.00 again. So block your card when messing with them. I'm still trying to get my money back. They are selling property next year so they don't care anymore just want your money. They are gross 🤢🤢🤢🤢 So watch out. You will be taken for the money

This was an RCI trade. We ended up with a corner room upfront that needed updating. We’re told that they are making lots of renovations now, unfortunately we did not have one of the renovated rooms. The grounds were clean and easy access to the beach where we spent lots of time.

My family and I just spent an entire week here, and it was Amazing!!! We actually ended up buying into a unit so we can return every year. Dawn, the manager, is doing a fantastic job making improvements to the property, and she always makes you feel welcome. Duane, the maintenance man, needs a serious pay raise!! He has to be on of the best I have ever seen!!! He keeps the property in spectacular shape! The rooms were very clean and comfortable, the grounds and pool area were beautiful, and the beach was Amazing!
