Great place to stay right on the beach! Carlos at breakfast was great couldn’t ask for a better server don’t loose him want him to serve us next year when we stay here again. Thank you again for the stay.

It was so bad that we found other accommodations and refused to stay here. The room smelled like a wet diaper and was not the room we booked. We booked an ocean front downstairs room. They gave us an upstairs room which smelled horrible. We opened the door to the balcony to try to air out the room and people were smoking on the balcony which is apparently allowed. We tried to get them to put us in another room but they said they did not have another room. We checked out and found another hotel. This hotel does not even deserve 1 star.

Not worth the money. We booked ocean view and we were put in a pool room view. I was told ocean view isn't ocean front. They did move me into a different room with a partial ocean view but we had to forfeit our king bed for what they called 2 queen but when we got to the room it was 2 doubles. Oh well! On the last day before the 11 checkout time a cleaning lady walked into our room not once but twice. Wow! As far as the amenities at the Riviera they were non existent. We spent most of our time at the affiliated resort next door. We won't be spending any more time or money at this place. Not only do you pay top dollar for less than desired rooms, you pay a resort fee and a parking fee each night.
